Qualifications of Barry Weissenborn

Summary
Barry has extensive experience in the valuation of a wide variety of rural property types, including natural resource, agricultural, residential, recreational and transitional lands. Experience centers on federal, state and local agency acquisitions, sales and exchanges, but also includes projects for utilities, non-profit organizations, corporate clients, attorneys and private individuals. Complex valuation experience includes conservation easements, rights of way, mineral material and mine support properties. Mr. Weissenborn is an associate member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He is an Arizona Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has worked in California, Nevada and New Mexico as well.
